All Boscop equipment is shipped with at least 12 months of depot-based warranty (our BC200 series card readers and VS2000 series coin ops carry 2 years) and all support is available from our New Hampshire manufacturing facility during normal business hours.

It doesn’t matter whether you want to upgrade all your currency validators, learn how to get the meter readings or just to get a cable for the new copier — we are here to help.

    Our installation crew is available to provide you with a seamless transition from your old equipment to your new, state-of-the-art, cost recovery system. Our experienced staff can help with just the hardware element of the installation or they can provide a turnkey operation to minimize the disruption to you, your staff, and your customers.

    Trouble with your supplier?
    Our experience enables us to troubleshoot other manufacturers' products. If you have old or legacy hardware (card readers, coin ops, etc.) from a company that has gone out of service, been taken over, or simply won’t answer your calls, then pick up the phone and call us — we will do everything we can to fix your problem.
